We use the information we collect to process and confirm your bookings, send booking confirmations and invoices via email, communicate updates or changes to your trip, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Security
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment card details are encrypted and transmitted directly to Razorpay. Lum Travels never has access to your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
