By accessing and using the Lum Travels website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from Lum Travels. Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to booking confirmation.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring all members of your travel party hold valid identification documents required for the trip. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. Lum Travels is not liable for any loss or injury arising from failure to disclose relevant information.
4. Itinerary Changes
While we endeavour to deliver the itinerary as described, Lum Travels reserves the right to make changes to routes, accommodations, or activities due to weather conditions, road conditions, local regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Suitable alternatives will be provided where possible.
5. Liability
Lum Travels acts as a travel organiser and is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from acts of nature, third-party service providers, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking.
6. Conduct
We expect all travellers to behave respectfully towards our guides, drivers, and local communities. Lum Travels reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if any traveller's behaviour poses a risk to others or causes significant disruption.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lum Travels website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Lum Travels and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meghalaya, India.
